Why doesn't the game work?
The game relies on Adobe Flash Player, which is no longer supported in most modern browsers. Use the official Shablol Play client, which runs Flash built-in.
How can I run the game?

Download the Windows or Mac client, install it, then sign in and tap Enter World from the top menu.

How do I enter the world if I'm already logged in?

From any page, tap Enter World in the top menu (blue play icon). If your session is active you go straight in; otherwise you are sent to login and then into the game — no need to visit Home first.

What recharge / payment methods are available?

Depending on what is enabled: Visa/Mastercard via Stripe, PayPal, site balance ($), manual transfer (e.g. Baridi Mob / CCP when configured), or a recharge request via Discord and WhatsApp. Instant payments add gees automatically; manual methods need review with your proof of payment and username.

How do I recharge quickly?
Tap the green card icon Recharge in the top menu, or open it from Services. Sign in if asked, pick a package and payment method. After recharge you can Enter World from the same menu.
What is identity verification and why is it required?

KYC confirms the account belongs to a real person (age 16+ with a verified email). It is required to withdraw USD balance and for upcoming financial features like Shablol Bank/Card. Upload a clear ID photo and selfie; manual review usually takes 24–72 hours.

How do I submit an identity verification request?
Top menu → Account services → Verify identity, or open /ch/main/verify-identity. Enter your name, birth date and document type, upload photos, then submit. Do not send a duplicate request while one is pending.
What is the difference between site balance and gees?

Gees are in-game currency for clothes, moves and accessories. Site balance ($) is used for payments on the website (e.g. buying recharge packages from the wallet). Manage it from Site balance in the menu.

Is the game available on mobile?
Unfortunately, the game is not currently available on mobile due to its reliance on Flash. We recommend using a Windows or Mac PC.
I forgot my password or can't log in?

Use Forgot password on the login page, or contact us on Discord. If the account or device is banned you will see a clear message — message staff with your username.

How do I move between pages faster?
Use Back (arrow) in the top menu to return to the previous page, and Enter World, Recharge, Download and FAQ directly from the bar without going through Home. Services opens wallet, KYC, Shablol Bank/Card and PayPal.
